  Yes, whatever you write in your blog is visible to everyone. It will take a little while before your blog starts turning up in search engines, perhaps a month, but anyone who comes to your blog will be able to see what you have written.

  If you are wanting to find other blogs on subjects of interest to you, then try the global tags pages.

  I see one Post in “Uncategorized” – pick a better category that relates to your Post (new job, just graduated, etc)

  There are many threads on how to get your blog noticed – that is probably the single most ask question – search the Forum here or just page back 3 or 5 days and you should find several hundred hints.
