  Dear Concern
  I have a free website on wordpress .I need to upgrade it to personal$2.99/month.Need the following information
  1.Can i change my existing webiste name http://www.allaboutgarmentaccessorycom.wordpress.com to http://www.accessory.com
  2.Can i monetize the site by Google adsence
  3.Can i use another back ground from my desktop
  4.Can i use HTML,PHP,CSS to make my website customized
  5.Can i make SEO on my site to reach more people
  6.Can i include a form so that every one of the word can communicate with me

  1.Can i change my existing webiste name

  If you don’t already own the domain accessory.com, you can register it with WordPress.com provided it is available. See this document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/all-about-domains/

  2.Can i monetize the site by Google adsence

  Advertisements from Google AdSense are not allowed on WordPress.com. WordAds is the official WordPress.com advertising program available for site owners. See this document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/#advertising

  4.Can i use HTML,PHP,CSS to make my website customized

  You don’t have access to the core files, therefore you won’t be able to edit any PHP files. You can use Custom CSS which is a feature of the WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans, and it allows you to edit your theme’s CSS.
