Need information for wordpress premium

Hello, we would like to go with wordpress premium and would like to have this url blog.sareez.com. Is this possible. Also can we change the theme from our end to match the look of our main website http://www.sareez.com. Also let us know the process of redirecting to a sub-domain.

The Premium upgrade plan applies to single blog only and is for one year only. Premium themes are not included in the Premium bundle of upgrades. They are individually priced and are a one time purchase.
