I have searched this so named “SUPPORT” for my IP address, which was demanded of me by my new domain host. BUT I find there is NO real WP support other than this horrific endless myriad of deep, endless, complexity. I have yet to QUICKLY find, one single short method of getting any tech help. We each realize how much it costs to hire a help support staff, yet is so time/energy consuming….an perplexing, endless complex labyrinth with NO exact quick remedies. Please put this down as a STAFF STRONG RECOMMENDATION: PLEASE get us some REAL persons, a live CHAT or else make the wording direct, easy and NOT labyrinthian. Appreciations…I suspect there are 2 of you sitting up in command central governing the labyrinth and sipping chai tea. Yet while the answer is not to put down the warm brew, but instead put a new game better game plan together, if they will let both of you.

Do you own a domain name, and want your wp.com site to be “emergefromchurch.com” instead of “emergefromchurch.wordpress.com?

By the way, this is a peer to peer support forum so people answering questions are for the most part your fellow bloggers who volunteer to help other folks with questions. Staff stops in when there are questions we cannot help with. Waiting only 7 minutes for a response is not a serious inconvenience.
