Need IP address

    Hi, I need the IP address of my site, http://www.argonautstoangels.wordpress.com. I don’t have sufficient tools available on my hosting site for WordPress, and want them to point the site back to my wordpress.com site, or at least that was the suggestion they offered.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,
    I think what you are looking for is these:
    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    There is no permanent static IP address for any WordPress.com blog. All IPs are dynamic ie. ever changing. Therefore WordPress.com does not provide static IP addresses. However, I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    If you just want to have your domain name have your WordPress.COM blog in it, you want to use domain mapping: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    If you have a web site now and want your blog to be integrated into it (i.e, blog.your-site.com) for your WordPress.COM blog then you want to map a sub-domain: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/

    The six IP addresses that WordPress.COM admits to using for my site are:

    66.155.11.238
    76.74.254.123
    192.0.80.250
    76.74.254.120
    192.0.81.250
    66.155.9.238

    When I moved here there were only three IP addresses, and as noted by @TT above WordPress.COM will not guarantee a static IP address for your blog. The IP addresses change based on server load, traffic equipment availability, planned maintenance & equipment upgrades and on and on
