Need jet pack and fancy box plugin

I need fancy box and jet pack plugins without which I can’t complete my website and it would help me allot to complete my website . It would be also a benefit to WordPress because I can showcase my site saying that it was just made by free plugins available with WordPress

You are confusing free hosted WordPress.COM hosted blogs with WordPress.ORG software installs for (paid) self hosting.
Take note that blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. You are confusing WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.
