NEED LIVE INTERACTIVE VIDEO FORUM ON SITE

I need a live video forum so my global subscribers can interact with me by raising a virtual hand I can select that person to ask a question. I want to be able to stream live AND have certain seminar videos available for either free playback or download paid via pay pal which I do have on my site.
I do NOT want a “go to meeting.com” I and I believe millions of others would LOVE this feature. It creates a fantastic venue that people will surely love. Please get back to me on this – it’s really important for the helpful packages I am putting together. Thank you SO MUCH for your valuable time and help!! -

I’m not one of the developers, so I’d prefer not to speculate on how difficult or how long it would take. I don’t think it’s something that would happen soon though.
