Need live support for problems with website

I need to speak with someone for support with problems with the website. I am willing to pay for a plan to get support. PLEASE provide me with a phone number for support. I’ve been having this problem for 2 weeks already and have not been able to get the correct support. I HAVE TO UPDATE the website.

There is no phone support for WordPress.com but if you have a WordPress.com plan, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat support.
How to get support, other than the forum:
When you are logged into WordPress.com, click on the blue and white ? icon in the lower right corner to access all of our Help resources. Then, click the ‘Contact Us’ button.
Let us know the website, the problem and we can try to help you on the forum.

please do not create duplicate threads about the same problem. Also you never answered the question from Staff at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cant-update-website/. As long we do not know the URL of your website, we can’t help you.

Thank you, the website is http://www.elprimerpaso.org. I don’t know what happened that when I log on to WordPress to make updates it takes a long time to open and when it opens I go to update a page and it times out. Also, the information that was at the bottom of the home page for school contact is no longer there. I was able to add the Pay Pal button again.
How can I get a contract? when I open wordpress and click on a contract selection it’s like I’m creating a website.

You are currently logged in to a WordPress.com account and are mixing up the two WordPresses. Your site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com and will be using the WordPress.org software. Buying a plan here still wouldn’t get you support for a site hosted by HostGator.
