need live video streaming

I am building a site that would need ability to broadcast multiple live video streams from various artists–not sure if I can do this with wordpress. Would also need ability for viewers to comment.

The VideoPress upgrade include in the Premium upgrade bundle allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate).
