NEED MORE CATEGORIES ON NAVIGATION

  I need more categories on the top navigation panel currently I have two “say Hello ” & “Mom’s Timeout”. I also want specific published posts to be found and seen under only their appropriate category not the main page.
  IE. I write something intended to be found under “mom’s timeout” but it is seen in both main page & category.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
