Need my epp code for a new webiste with same name

    I need my code for a website i had started a year ago on wordpress.com, i believe its telling me the code is from wild west domains but it wont let me log in, I think i bought it through the premium wordpress upgrade but i just bought a bluehost domain so i could use a wordpress.org website. It says it doesnt exist but wont let me make a new one with the same name, it would be grantdiffenbaugh.com Please help!

    If you’re unable to do it yourself you can add the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic and notify the support staff for further assistance

    Hi there,

    You cancelled that domain on 3 March. That is why you can’t find it in your account – you no longer own it.

    I’ve emailed our registrar to try and get the domain back before it goes into redemption with them. Once it’s restored you’ll be able to transfer it again.

    thank you, im new to this and i thought doing that was a way of ending my account through the wordpress.com, i just wanted the wordpress.org to be able to customize the website better

    I’m still waiting on our registrar to let me know if your domain has been restored. Once they reply I’ll let you know and provide you with the next steps.

    Okay, your domain has been restored, but our registrar has placed a transfer lock on the domain. This lock shouldn’t have been added, so I’ve emailed them to get that removed.

    Meanwhile you can use the domain with Bluehost by adding their name servers to it on our end. You can do that yourself following the instructions here:

    Or if you can provide me with the name servers I’ll be happy to add them for you.
