  I need my IP address for domain mapping. My site is gursikhsatthmedia.wordpress.com

  It’s not a good idea to use an IP address to map a domain as IP addresses do change in time, https://wordpress.com/support/ip-addresses/#ip-address-for-domain-mapping

  @gursikhsatthmedia, if, for whatever reason, your domain registrar only accepts A records, you can go ahead and map your domain as explained in https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/ and reach out to us afterward. We’ll then be able to share the correct A records.
