I cancelled my upgrade the same night I got it, and it said cancellation pending, however now that i look at it, nothing happen and i didn’t get my money back, and now it said I can’t cancel any more, I need my money back

Please don’t keep posting about this in new threads! Yes, it is important, and I’ll modlook this topic so you can get your refund. Staff is away for the Christmas / New Year holidays, though some will be looking in to the forums to assist with such issues as yours. Please be patient. Yes, i know, my concern is with jsgconsturctions.com that domain and mapping have not being refunded, and now I cant even cancel it anymore, I cancel that one the same night I purchased it, but it said the cancellation was pending I thought I was cancel for sure, but when I did not recive my money back, I checked and I no longer had the option to be refunded my money, I was really mad.
