Need my premium theme purchase cancelled

    Looking to have my Premium Theme (Solar) refunded to me. It was purchased about a week or more ago (within the 30 days) but the link to Cancel does not appear in the My Upgrades screen. I tried to transfer the purchase to my other user account and I’m not sure that worked properly. I had to purchase the Solar theme again on that user account and now I need the original one refunded. Thank you.

    Provided you are within the 30 days allowed and you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Yes I am within the 30 days.

    The original blog that purchased this premium theme (Solar) was mine, username eyelandsolarhomes. I then transfered the theme to the blog eyeonourhome.wordpress.com which is under this username of mine, katherinepei. The theme did not appear and I had to repurchase it under eyeonourhome. Now I would like the original purchase refunded. The cancel link is not on the My Upgrades screen, and when I log back in to eyelandsolarhomes user account, it says I have no blogs. So therefore I cannot get to the My Upgrades screen.

    Hoping to get some help today, as I’m worried that time will run out for the 30 day eligibility for a refund.

    Hi @katherinepei,

    First, we’ll definitely get this taken care of within the 30 day window. Don’t worry!

    As we discussed in this thread, the issue is that the theme you’re trying to refund is listed as an upgrade under your other user account (eyelandsolarhomes). In order to refund that theme, the request will need to come directly from that account. Can you login under that account and reply back here indicating you would like a theme refund?
