Need new email because someone stole mine

Another company purchased our business. They phoned our ISP and said they were the new owners and shut us out – we still own the domain. I have been without email since the 21 Nov (5 days). I need help to please create a new email for my website http://www.shed85.com and I would like my email to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) please – can you help because I am now too stressed. Hi Edwina,
You have a couple of options.
The simplest: If you have an e-mail address you would like have (email visible only to moderators and staff) forward to, you can set that in your Store->Domains->Manage E-Mail page (direct link: https://edwina2013.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains and click “Manage E-Mail”)
If you would like a whole new e-mail inbox for that address, we don’t directly off that at WordPress.com, but you can get an inbox from a number of services and use it with WordPress.com. More instructions with a list of common providers is at: Add Email.

Thank-you for your help. I have been able to change my email as per your advice and it works now. And is it please possible to remove the business names and my phone numbers from this forum/topic? I wrote in frustration and despair and had never used the forum before.
