  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the WordPress.COM site you want to delete? Exactly which WordPress.COM username account registered the site.

  Deleting a WordPress.com site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com). See the alternatives here https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
