Need page to exist as a link to another page but not be part of menu list

  I just linked one page to another. I do not want the page. The page I’m linking to, which I just published, is turning up as an extra menu item, which I do not want. How do I delete it from the menu, but keep it as a link? Thanks.

  you can hide a page from appearing at your home page by editing the page widget. but themes that show page links do not have the ability to hide pages, i think. so you may want to choose a theme that doesn’t show page links but requires the use of a page widget in order to do what you want to do.
