need pls HELP!!! Error "the possibility of purchasing a domain is deactivated

    Hello,
    unfortunately I don’t succeed to purchase a new domain and the package premium. There is a message of error appearing and saying” the possibility of purchasing is deactivated, please contact us”. I have try everything and in spite of that the same error keeps appearing. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THAT ISSUE?
