Need Plug-in Ideas for WordPress Site for Wholesaler & Warranty Service Center

So we are taking our company’s pathetic barely-functional Weebly + Ecwid site and developing a WordPress site behind it. What I would like to ask anyone inclined to shed some light for me is what plug-ins would you suggest for the following two major site features:

    1. Wholesaler shopping cart – This should only show prices to users with log-ins, allow for tiered pricing based on quantities purchased, allow for each product to have its own page, and include the ability to have photo & video of the product. Luckily we do not really sell direct-to-consumer, so at least we wouldn’t need to have parallel cart systems in that respect.

    2. Warranty Service Center Warranty Request Form – This is basically a contact form, however, it needs to allow for some very specific customization of the fields for various products and issues. Additionally, it would ideally allow for an export to .CSV or allow for automated ETL to a database platform. A redirect after form submission would also be a plus.

I realize that this is super-specific and I did already search through the forums to no avail.

Thank you very much in advance for any and all advice!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also forgot that eventually we would like to have the Warranty Service Center form allow for users to input an RMA# in order to see what the status of their warranty service currently is, but that may be a phase 2 kinda thing.

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/

The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.

If you are asking for help with a WordPress.COM site then we need a link to that site to give you accurate help.
