need premium refund

Hi, i upgraded to premium but I actually need to move to wordpress.org instead so I’d like a refund on the premium account. I followed advice and looked for the cog next to the upgrade in my upgrades but there is no cog there and no way of requesting a refund. I only upgraded on Friday… Any suggestions?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
