Need Receipt for cancellation

I recently applied for an account but then cancelled same day. I was charged a smaller fee but now need a receipt that I can include with my business records. I have tried to contact you all, but known of the support pages are working. I need this resolved ASAP!

I have tried to go there but because I cancelled the same day, the charges do not match my credit card statement.

I accessed your account and went to your billing page. There, I noticed charges in MX$. Can you confirm that you see the same charges? Additionally, I have resent both receipts to you in case you didn’t have them.
Taking a closer look, I see that the refund amount was only $33MX – that appears to be your issue, correct? This refund was not the full amount due to the purchase of a domain transfer when you bought the Personal plan. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the domain cost in these cases because the domain may be in the process of transferring and you may risk losing control of the domain.
Upon checking on our end, I found that the domain transfer was never initiated. Since you originally requested the refund within our refund period, I have refunded the remaining amount of the original charge (MX$399) back to you. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the credit to appear in your bank account. You should also see a separate email receipt for that as well.

I was actually only charged $22.98 per my credit card statement, which is why I was confused by the receipts. I do not see any receipts for $22.98 and so it is not matching my card statement.

Is your bank statement in Mexican pesos (MXN) or United States dollars (USD)? The original charge was M$432, which currently converts to $25.22 USD. Please keep in mind that currency exchange rates change daily, so it’s possible that the conversion rate on the date you made the upgrade could have been different.

Because the original transaction and subsequent refund were both handled in Mexican Pesos, we do not have a way to issue receipts that reflect a different currency. These receipts are created automatically and we do not have a template for creating manual invoices, but one thing you can do is take advantage of the ability to add notes to your receipts:

This will allow you to record (as a note) the $USD value of the transaction so you have that info in your business records.
