Need receipt for transaction

I recently renewed (for $13.00) one of our domains and didn’t receive a receipt. (It’s not listed, for some reason, under recent transactions) Can you please forward a copy to me? Thanks.

Should be under
Store >> Billing History
If you are not logged in as the account that bought the upgrade I don’t think you will see the receipt – is there another account you might have used to buy the upgrade

I’m not sure. I was logged into the site (ukmediawatch) as usual. Received a notification from WP that our old domain (cifwatch) was about to expire. And, followed the link to the payment screen and paid the $13.00.

For some reason the receipt wasn’t created correctly when you renewed that domain upgrade. Sorry about that! I’ve asked our team to generate the correct receipt for you and will let you know once that’s available.

Our team added the receipt for that domain upgrade renewal to your account. I just emailed you a copy of that receipt, and you can also find it in your account’s Billing History. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
