  I was charged from wordpress for a domain renewal (djrenradio.com) that I’ve been trying to get support with for over a week. I need help please.

  http://djrenradio.com is set as the primary domain for htpps://cooldjren.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  djren2010 – I can help you with a refund, but djrenradio.com is not connected to the account you are making the request from. Do you still have access to the account you used to make this purchase?

  Hi there I finally found this thread so as to request a refund. I’m not sure if I still have access to the account but I can confirm any billing information. Can I just get a normal email to my personal account – considering this is a personal matter. (email visible only to moderators and staff) please.
