Need Refund

    How do I go about contacting a person for a refund for a plugin? All I can get to is this public form & it is very frustrating.

    Seems like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted WordPress site. See the differences between the two here.

    For refund of a commercial plugin, you should contact the plugin developer or the vendor that sells you the plugin.
