Need refund for an auto-renewal I was not informed about

Yesterday, Aug. 1st, at 7:18pm I was notified via paypal that an automated transaction was processed and a payment was made to wordpress. I did not authorize any payment nor was I notified about through wordpress.com! Today, Aug. 2nd, I receive an email from wordpress.com at 9:15am notifying me that I will be billed LATER TODAY. Clearly I was billed yesterday evening.
This is wrong. Who can I speak to in order to get refunded? Anyone have any suggestions?
To make matters worse, the funds were taken from my account as I was going to pay my rent for the month. I cant get support on the phone nor a direct conversation via chat. I cant believed this happened.

The same situation happened to me one day ago.
I requested for a cancellation on the website under “store”, but it says the transaction occurred too long ago so they cannot refund it. It sent a confirmation email to me and asked me if I wanted to cancel the upgrade , and I will not be able to get refunded for the automatic payment. What?!?!
I did not authorize any payment nor was I notified about through wordpress.com!Who should I ask help for a refund???
