Need refund for auto-renewal fee I was not aware of

  I received notification yesterday that the $30 annual renewal fee was being charged to my paypal account. I do not use wordpress and I was not aware I was on auto-renewal NOR that my credit card was stored. I would like this canceled and refunded immediately please.

  You should be able to get your own refund at

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Mouse over and click on Refund >> Remember also to disable the auto renew

  I have also flagged this for the staff

  The renewal notification system has been broken for some time, I turned in a ticket a few weeks ago and they said they had fixed part of it, it looks like they have not fixed all of the system and people are still not being told of the upcoming renewal – which is the ticket I turned in

  Thank you for your reply but there’s no option for “Refund” even though it says you have 48 hours to request one and the process date is today.

  Howdy Sara,

  I have cancelled your Custom Design upgrade, and refunded the $30 to your account. Be aware that the transaction can take up to 7 days to appear on your statement, although it usually goes through much quicker than that.

  I don’t see a refund button either. I do not want to renew. Why does it automatically?
