Need refund for Custom Design purchase

I have purchased the Custom Design, and although I got an email receipt it still showed up in my shopping cart. Thinking there had been a mistake I purchased it AGAIN, only to get another receipt and find out that it was STILL in my shopping cart.
I request a refund for both purchases. I was unable to contact you support service or to “simply” cancel my purchase and ask for a refund.
I hope that this forum message will suffice, thanks in advance.
