Need Refund For Premium Plan Cancellation on 'https://www.phptomagento.com'

    Hi Guys,

    I have been told on the mail that I will get refund of canceling the domain within 6 to 7 days. But still I didn’t get any refund for the same.

    Can you please help on this?

    Hi there,

    Refunds are issued immediately on our end, but banks can sometimes take longer to process the refund on their end. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow up with your bank, as the delay is on their side in this case.
