Need refund for upgrade.

    The upgrade was set to Manual but automatically renewed anyway. I need to cancel the 10gb upgrade and get a refund, please.

    I don’t have the link to cancel it myself. And is there any way to remove the credit card info from Paypal? I don’t want it charged again.

    Hi there,

    I have removed and refunded you for the 10GB extra space upgrade as requested. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

    You can remove your credit card details while logged into your account from the Settings > Account screen, which can be found via this direct link:

    https://en.wordpress.com/settings/billing-history-v2/

    Scroll down to the Credit Cards section to remove your card.
