Need refund money

  I registrated at wordpress 28 august to create simple site for five days, but include tools hadn’t enough, and i get free period of premium version, through some time i forgot about it, because find more comfortable host. Today i receive sms about pull of money from my card. First what i do it delete information about card in my profile and canceled buy in “my buy”. Can you say when money would refund in my card? Thanks.
