Need refund of the cancelled subscription

    Hello Team,

    We had bought a subscription 7680 INR (Indian Rupee) 2 days back and we cancelled it today as we need help of WordPress.org which is free of cost and we don’t need any subscription of wordpress.com. Just wanted to confirm whether we will get the entire amount, i.e. 7680 INR back.

    Hello there,

    I can confirm a full refund has been processed. This can also be seen on the billing page.

    To note, WordPress.org is not a service, it’s just where the free open source version of the software can be downloaded.
