  Hi there,

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  I have tried that quite a few times. It worked once or twice on previous ones. When it does work I get an E-mail notification of it beginning to happen or a verification but I am not getting any of that on the 4 current refunds. I bought many upgrades 8 or 9 realizing some I might not need and would try out I am will keep $330 worth of them so I am not being unreasonable here. I just want my refunds.

  Considering I am maintaining OPTI Theme on 3 of my blogs I want to make sure it is canceled from the proper ones. I will list the 5 cancellations I am trying to accomplish.

  In your initial post you mentioned you wanted to remove OPTI from ‘sufiservicetestarea’. So that has been canceled and refunded already. Feel free to repurchase the theme if you want to use it again.

  The other requested upgrades has been canceled for you.

  It seems that one upgrade didn’t go through after you purchased it. It was the Chalk Theme at elderworkshops.wordpress.com. I refunded the $68 to your WordPress.com account and you can click on the buy & activate button at http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/chalk/ to reactivate the theme again.
