Need Refund on yearly premium – (transaction dated today)

  To my dismay I found my premium was still active and I’m looking to hopefully get a refund on the £85.00 transaction that has come through today.

  When I visit the upgrades part the refund says it will only not transact the future payment.

  Any help is great,
