  If you cancel an upgraded plan along with the domain attached to it then the domain isn’t immediately made available to purchase again. In fact there is no guarantee that you will be able to buy it elsewhere in the future. I’ve added modlook to ask if staff could look at your account and explain your options.

  Hi @rentandbuyingreeceteam, @themagicrobot is correct; cancelled domains are not released immediately. But in your case, because you cancelled within 48 hours, the domain will be released soon. Please allow up to five days from the time you cancelled it, then you’ll be able to buy it again.

  Or, if you’d like to reactivate it here before those five days are up, let us know; we can make an invoice so you can pay for it again. Then you would just point it to your new host if you’re intending to use the domain elsewhere.
