Need reports from old site

    Hello, I recently changed my platform from wordpress but need my sales reports.

    Hi there!

    You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site was not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    When you switched to using Shopify, you would access your new Shopify site using the domain and it would no longer work with your WordPress/WooCommerce site. If you cancelled the hosting you used for your WordPress site, then you would no longer have access to that site installation as most hosting providers delete your content when you cancel a hosting package.

    If you kept the hosting plan for your WordPress site, contact your hosting provider and they should be able to set up your WordPress install so you can access it under a temporary URL.

    If you did not create a backup of your site (including the database) before cancelling the hosting, then I’m afraid that data would be lost.
