Need reseller changed for Google Workspace

I am working with the owner of a new company to get all his operations up and running smoothly and I have spent countless hours today trying to understand why he can’t upgrade his Google Workspace. I now understand he purchased through a reseller. He is getting a message to contact his reseller, Automattic and to manage Google Workspace from the WP dashboard. The problem is that there there is no Upgrades as an option on the left-hand panel of the WP dashboard so we are totally stuck. Please help!

This means your client has a WordPress.com account where the Google Workspace subscription was purchased. It’s not on the @saortins60 account you’re posting from. Can you have the owner reach out to us from his WordPress.com account? We’ll be happy to help directly.
Generally speaking, the Google Workspace subscription can be canceled on our end, which automatically transfers its billing to Google. Your client will then be able to upgrade to the desired plan directly from the Google Admin Console.

Thank you for your response! I have access to his WP Admin for his website, but when I access Help on that page, it sends me to WordPress.org which I’m aware is not what I want. And when I login to his WordPress.com account that he has setup, he has no sites listed that he manages. This confuses me since I’m using the same login credentials for WP Admin and WordPress.com. I would expect to see his website listed on WordPress.com. I will go ahead and reach out from his WordPress.com account, but if I should do something different based on what I’ve put here, please let me know. We are completely stuck and can’t add any new email accounts at the moment so this is urgent.

@aisajib Sorry if the reply above thoroughly confused you. Since I logged into Ryan’s account from another browser as I was typing the reply, the reply is now showing up as being posted from his account. Regardless, any insight could be appreciated and yes, I will also reach out from his account in case that’s necessary to resolve this.

If you or @aisajib can please assist on one of these threads, I would greatly appreciate it. We are completely stuck and need to create new email accounts today. Currently, we can’t even add a new user. Thanks! -
