  Hi,

  We have been using https://wordpress.org/plugins/scrapme-advance-contact-form/ this plugin in our self hosted wordpress but when we have shifted to wordpress.com I couldn’t found this plugin.

  Please add this to our blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
