need serious help

    hi, a few years ago I had opened the WordPress site called reputable reviewer. Never did anything with it. Unfortunately. Today I attempted to open a new website called llovetmerch.com using my same email address and password but it says my account was suspended. I purchased 3 years of hosting through blue host and I received the domain name llovetmerch.com and I was trying to get into your cPanel so I could design my website but could not. Can someone please help me correct this issue?

    Hi there!

    Please note that a site hosted by Bluehost is not the same as a site hosted by us at WordPress.com. Bluehost is a different company and you were using the WordPress.org software on your site. We provide support for WordPress.com sites on this forum.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Please contact Bluehost support for help with your WordPress.org site. As your hosting service provider, if your account was suspended, they can help you with that.
