    I need my servers changed to bluehost, so that I am able to create an email through GSuite

    I looked into your account under this username and I see a temp site URL pointing to Bluehost. Does this mean you were able to accomplish your goal?

    No we have not been successful in getting my email activated ! We contacted blue host and they told us to contact word press. Very dissatisfied with this whole experience

    Hi there,

    You have to contact your domain provider for help with that? Do you know who your domain provider is? You can let me know your domain name so I can have a look.

    Please note that we’re WordPress.com, a hosting company much like Bluehost. Your site is using the open-source WordPress software and support for that is handled by the official support forums at WordPress.org:

    so you are saying we do not need both wordpress & blue host? my server is through G Suite! when we were setting up it recommended we have both. i am not really that tech savvy and its been 4 days now trying to get my email set up

    Hi. No worries. If it helps:

    WordPress = free software which you can use at many hosts

    Domain = the custom name you’ve bought to pull up your site, send emails, etc.

    Hosts = companies that hold and serve the software and data for you. Such as Bluehost and WordPress.com

    So you can use WordPress at Bluehost. You do not need to use WordPress.com (the hosting service) with Bluehost (the hosting service) at the same time.

    With either host, you can use G-Suite. You just need to set up your domain properly.

    If you’ll tell us what the domain name is (should be something like yourgroovydomain.com) we can tell you where to look for help.

    Need help in cancellation of my account! Went onsite today, i paid for s service and my site says cannot be accessed I’ve been trying to set up for almost a week now! I do not understand and your service support does not allow phone accessibility

    On 4/3/20 $101.76 was debited from my business account for word press.

    My website was set up as pjmcontracting.com

    Not sure why you would not have amy record as the money was removed from my account.

    I just want to be refunded as we have not been able to make any progress in over 1 weeks time!

    That domain belongs to a different WordPress.com account, not the one you’re currently logged in as.

    No, that’s the email on the account you’re currently logged in with, which is not the correct account. It neither owns the domain nor the site.

    There is a second WordPress.com account which owns both, and if you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    When i sign into my account it says my website is not found. Last week this was not happening and I was able to access my site and admin account through the wordpress site. My login I was using to access it was pmcbride3271, also the login I am currently writing from.

    The WordPress.com username, pmcbride3271, that you’re using to post here was created on 3 April. This username has never owned any WordPress.com sites, and has never bought any domains with us.

    The only site in this account is a Bluehost-hosted site connected here via the Jetpack plugin, and was connected under the temporary Bluehost domain, http://box5235.temp.domains/~pjmcontr.

    pmcbride3271 could be your admin username for that site as well, but that would be purely co-incidental – the admin account for that site is unique to that site only, and has no connection whatsoever to this WordPress.com username account.

    The domain, pjmcontracting.com, belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username account, associated with a different email address than your pmcbride3271 username account.

    You need to be signed into that other WordPress.com account to manage that site.
