Need some advice

Hello,
I’d like to create a blog where job seekers will be able to register and explain the job they seek. And companies will be able to register too, explaining the jobs they have to offer.
I saw some wordpress templates that look pretty good. Actually there are a lot of wordpress themes doing that.
My problem is that I’d like to connect this site to a CRM software, such as salesforce for example. I know php, but I’m willing to hire somebody to do that for me.
So, my question is: do you think it can be done “easily” by a professional php developer ? And what would be, in your opinion, the best theme to choose to do that ?
For now I saw a lot of themes, and I chose 2 of them : jobshub and jobify. Jobshub seems to be very complex, with a lot of functions, while jobify seems to be simpler and easier to use. So I think jobify might be easier to connect with sales force, but I need some expert advice.
Maybe you already did something like that and can tell me what your experience was.

What you want can’t be done on WordPress.COM.
It can be done with a WordPress.ORG install on your host. Make friends over at WordPress.ORG for help on how easy it is to do what you want to do

Yes I know, I didn’t plan to do that neither on wordpress.com nor on wordpress.org. I have my own server where I will install wordpress.
I will go to wp.org to ask my question, but do you have an idea, auxclass ?

Sorry no experience with what you want to do, I would expect that there might be some themes or other tools to make the job easier, I don’t have a clue where to send you other than to suggest you ask at WordPress.ORG as they are the ones that do php and database stuff all the time
