  I have a blog on blogspot and i want to move it here on wordpress, can anybody please tell me how can i doo that? 10x

  Register a blog here at WordPress.com – https://wordpress.com/signup

  In your blog’s dashboard, go to Manage -> Import. Choose the Blogger option. You will then be taken through the appropriate steps to transfer your content.

  I have another question. Since ive never used wordpress how can i put a new theme on my blog? Ive downloaded a theme from the internet and i don`t know how to put it.

  Themes cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com. If you found a theme that is supported by WordPress, it is referring to WordPress.org. For an explanation of the difference, please see http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/wordpresscom-vs-wordpressorg/

  You can choose from a variety of themes from Design -> Themes in your dashboard.

  So theres no way that i can use that theme that i have downloaded?

  I’m new to all this, but I believe the closest you can get to having something different other than the themes offered on wordpress.com is to purchase the credits to do custom css, then you can change the appearance of your blog. Am I right? (BTW Bubel, my son is a halo 3’er and your vivitar rocks)

  ceramicbisque – correct; you can edit any of the available theme’s stylesheets using the Custom CSS Upgrade (although you should have some knowledge or – or willingness to learn about – CSS).   No, you cannot. The only themes that are available to you are the ones in your dashboard.
