Need some help about redirectioning to my WordPress blog from other server

    I’m coordinator of a Graduate Program of a Federal University in Brazil. We have a WordPress blog and want to redirect users from the official address (ppgm.musica.ufrj.br) to the WordPress site (ppgm-ufrj.org). Our base address here are ppgmufrj.wordpress.com (wordpress label). I already have contact with you and with tech crew of university. They tell me today that the university server is already configured, but when I try to connect through the university address, I receive a message from a WordPress window: ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain’. I think I have to set some options inside my profile, but I think it’s better to get some help. Thank you in advance!

    It sounds like the WordPress.Com site is connected through Jetpack. The steps to disconnect are in this document:

    You will have to be logged in as the owner or administrator of the WordPress.Com site to do this

    If no one there has admin access to the WordPress.Com admin function, try the steps outlined in this thread:

    Try that and see if the problem disappears
