need some help maybe Im just dumb…..(probably not)

  I have two problems…
  1) I am using Regulius, and I have just uploaded a new top photo for the blog… where can I change the Font Color to Black in both my Title & tag lines?????
  2) I use Google+, I love it. I really prefer it to facebook. I want to publicize to my stream like I can do in facebook….. how much longer will I have to wait?

  1. You’ll need to make these changes via CSS with a Custom Design upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

  2. Google does not yet provide a public API for us to use and has suggested that they never will, as they don’t want auto-posted content in Google+.
