Need some help, please.

  Hello,

  I am looking for some help regarding our small business website, we had a gentleman build the website for us and we have admin access, so we can update the website and add stuff to it, but we cannot make more changes to for example the layout or information, we need to make these changes due to there being a lot of false information on there, which he never clarified with us before putting it all on there. now the easy solution would be to get in contact with and get him to make the changes.

  We haven’t heard from him in easily 2 years, for all we know he could be dead, in prison or back in his home country. So where do we go from here?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Can you please tell us your site URL? That’ll help us to identify if the site is indeed on WordPress.COM or you’re referring to a self hosted WordPress.ORG site.

  Thanks for the URL Luke. I checked the site and I’m sorry to say we cannot be of much help here because the blog is self hosted using WordPress.ORG

  While these forums (forums.wordpress.com) are only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM

  But don’t worry, you can take this thread to WordPress.ORG support forums here – https://wordpress.org/support

  I’m sure they’ll be able to answer this thread in a much better way :)
