Hi guys, the problem is a bit tedious. I had a company create a WordPress website for me two years ago. I moved away from them and used another service provider,. They moved my website from WordPress to another cloud based system. My WordPress website was then put on go daddy by the previous company and hosted. So now I have 2 websites one on WordPress and another a cloud based. Running live now is the cloud based system which is fine. What I want to do is move my files from the word press site so I can add them to the current website. I can’t log on to the wp site as an admin. I did earlier in the week but gives me an error message now. The website is skindulgenz.com. I hope I have been clear thank you all for trying to help me solve this

I understand this must be frustrating for you.
There are two versions of WordPress, one that we use here on WordPress.com and the other(open source WordPress installation) which you are using on your host GoDaddy and another cloud-based service.
WordPress is just an open source software which is installed on your host. In your case, GoDaddy is managing your WordPress website and you’ll need to contact them to get help in accessing your files.
Please contact your hosting provider GoDaddy to get help on the account login issues. Your login details are saved in the database on GoDaddy’s server so they should be able to help you with that.

It does make sense for sure. and I have contacted godaddy and they say they cant help. That it the beginning and end of it. I cant believe that no one anywhere can help . Thanks though for trying to help
