Need some images from old site

Hello there! As an agency we work with a bunch of wordpress sites, and we moved one of them away today to a different domain. However, we still need the images from the back end of the site to move to the new one.
Is there anyway someone at WordPress has access to the old back end of the WordPress site and can either lend me access or send me a zip file of the images in the image library? My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you!

This would depend on the site, and where it was hosted. What is the site’s URL?
We can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers, and we can only provide a media export to an account that is an admin on the site in question.
If the site was using the open source WordPress software at another host, please contact that hosting provider directly, as only they would have access to any backups of the site that might still exist.

The site’s url is simplyenof.com, but I’m trying to get into simpleyenof.com/wp-admin/

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere so, as @kokkieh mentioned, you’ll want to reach out directly to your hosting provider.
