Need someone to contact me

    My name is Bill and I’m trying to help jodilee00 regain access to an account owned by their artist group.

    The fellow who used to maintain the site is no longer available to help and renewal is coming up soon. Jodilee has been paying the bill but they have no access to the site pages themselves.

    Tried the “Recover Domain” form but it claims the receipt number is invalid. I’m pretty sure that is not the case.

    Please contact jodilee00 through the account info you have so that we can get this sorted.

    Don’t bother to reply to this forum post as no one is looking for info here. This is a request from a paying customer and we would appreciate some consideration in this respect.

    Hi Bill –

    Thanks for writing to us. I have sent a few emails in hopes that they reach the person we need to hear from regarding that site.

    There is a bit of time as the upgrades don’t expire until November 9th.
