Need specific Theme for template

  I need a template that is like the Minimalist Theme on WordPress.org. Do you know of one that is very similar that I can use on WordPress.com? I am not a programmer so I need to use an existing theme and work with it as is.
  Here is a link to the theme I believe was used for the sight listed below.

  Here is the website link that I would like to emulate. I believe it uses the Minimalist Theme but I’m not 100% sure.

  Hi there,

  The theme used on that site is based on the Minimal theme, by Elegant Themes: http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/minimal/

  That particular theme isn’t available here at WordPress.com, but you can find themes with similar looks and features here. You can browse all of the themes available at WordPress.com in our theme directory here:

  http://theme.wordpress.com/

  Here are a few themes I know of with similar features:

  • Linen
  • Photographer
  • Blissful Blog

  Thank you so much! This is VERY helpful. I think the Photographer theme might work great for what I need. Your new title should be “Theme Engineer”.

  One more question Rachel. I just found this Photography Theme but can’t seem to access it from your templates when I am in the blog. It is a little different from the Photographer Theme.

  I’m so glad you’re finding themes that will work for you. :)

  You can search for and activate any theme under Appearance > Themes in your blog’s dashboard. For example, if you enter “photography” in that search box, you can scroll through the results to find the Photography theme. Because Photography is a Premium theme, you can click the “Purchase” link to buy and activate it.

  You can also buy the theme and activate it on one of your blogs by going to the Photography support page here: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/photography/
