You did not charge my card on file which was set up to make recurring payments
therefore I was charged the late registration fee to reset up my domain.1. Where is my domain on my profile now that I have paid the $98?
2. ****Can you please refund me for the additional surcharge because my domain would have renewed as usual if you charged my card on file?? -
Hi there,
We are unable to refund the redemption fee at this time. We did attempt to charge your card on seven separate occasions and the card declined each time. You should’ve been notified via email about the card declining with a message to update your payment method.
Now that you have paid for the domain and fee, we will reach out to registrar in regards to restoring your domain. It usually takes about 24 hours for them to respond, and then I’ll restore the domain immediately. Will keep you updated once everything is restored.
