Need staff help to move subscribers to a self-hosted blog

  I need to move all my subscribers from my blog (cencio4.wordpress.com with domain mapping to theaviationist.com) to my self hosted wordpress blog theaviationist.com
  I know the email subscribers have to be moved by some Happiness Engineer at WordPress.
  I have jetpack installed.

  Can you help?
